THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF OUR STAFF ARE FREE FOR THE PURCHASE OF ANY TYPE OF TRAVEL, BUT THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY AS INDICATED

1. RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A reservation deposit of $150.00 (non-refundable; valid for one year from the date of receiving the deposit) per booking is payable in addition to any deposits required by tour operators or other travel principals.

3. PRICE (CONDITIONS SET BY THE AIRLINES)
All fares are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits only do not safeguard against changes or increase of fares. Full payment only will guarantee the fare.

4. AMMENDMENT FEES:
Amendment fees apply when you change your confirmed booking. These are a minimum of $30.00 per person and are in addition to any amendment fees applied by the airlines and tour operators. Re-issue fee applies to re-issue tickets or documents.

5. SPECIAL AIRFARES:
Most advance airfares (mostly domestic tickets) are non-refundable. Please be aware of the conditions of the fare you buy.

6. PASSPORTS:
Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months beyond your period of stay at your finalised destination.

7. VISA:
Some countries require a visa in your passport to enter a country. Different requirements may exist for different nationalities. Please always check your visa requirements. We can obtain the required visa for you, however, it remains your responsibility to have the correct documentation to enter a foreign country. Consular fees, visa fees, and courier fees do apply. Non-Australian passport holders require a re-entry permit to enter Australia.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance is recommended for all travelers, particularly when flights or tours are subject to large cancellation charges. Travel insurance should be taken out at the time when final payments are made.
